 Q 1:- What is basic concept of universal donee?

Ans:- Section 128 in The Transfer Of Property Act, 1882

128. Universal donee.—

Subject to the provisions of section 127, where a gift consists of the donor’s whole property, the donee is personally liable for all the debts due by and liabilities of the donor at the time of the gift to the extent of the property comprised therein.Q 2 :- What is difference between  warrant and summons case?Ans:- A summons case is one where the offence is punishable with imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years. A warrant case is one where the offence is punishable with death, imprisonment for life, or imprisonment for a term exceeding two years. The potential punishment for the offence determines whether it falls under a warrant case or a summons case. If the offence carries a maximum punishment of more than two years' imprisonment, it is generally classified as a warrant case.Q 3:- What is meaning of Quid pro quo?Ans: - Quid pro quo (Latin: "something for something") is a Latin phrase used in English to mean an exchange of goods or services, in which one transfer is contingent upon the other; "a favor for a favor".
