commercial area - Noida Authorities status report dt. 16-7-2012 showing various steps in furtherance to orders of
Supreme Court considered - Directions issued - Lease deed having been executed SBI to be given possessions within
one week - Within 15 days construction drawings/plans for sanction of the Authority should be filed and be considered by
Authority within two weeks - Appropriate orders to be passed and communicated - Construction in accordance with
sanctioned plan to be completed within seven months - Conditions to be followed by other banks as well - Noncompliance
by the Authority or State Bank of India and other banks would disentitle them to any extension and the bank
