1. Log into Twitter and click the tool symbol in the upper-right corner, and then click Settings.
2. You’ll end up at your Account page. Scroll down until you see a button that says Request your archive.
3. You’ll get a message confirming your request.
4. Eventually you’ll receive an email from Twitter notifying you that your download is ready. Click the Go now button or the link provided below it.
5. It’ll bring you back to Twitter, where you’ll need to click theDownload button.
6. A file called tweets.zip will start downloading from your browser. Open it, and a folder called tweets will appear. Ignore everything inside this folder except for a file entitled index.html. Click that.
7. A page will pop up in your browser that shows all your tweets, organized by year and charted by frequency. It’s all there.
Now bust out the wine and start revisiting all the feuds, season finales, and presidential debates. Like a digital yearbook, only way more self-involved!
