The complainant has alleged that the CPIO of the respondent has refused
to furnish the information on the ground that the appellant has not submitted a
proof of his citizenship.

On perusal of the documents submitted by the appellant, it is noted that
the appellant has asked for information regarding the selection of Junior
Engineers.

The CPIO is directed to furnish the information asked for by the
complainant free of cost within 15 working days from the date of issue of this
decision, failing which penalty proceedings u/s 20 (1) of the Act would be
initiated. The complaint is thus disposed of.
