Consumer protection Act,s.2-deficiency in service-dispute as to debit entries against complainant's  account.If credit card is misplaced for 4-5 days,nobody lodges complaint with police unless complainant comes to conclusion that it was stolen by somebody from his house.Bank can not reject claim of complainant.1
