The answer is yes, you can share multiple format files on Twitter with any of the below 10 websites for free.

1. Posterous

You create a Posterous account and connect with your Twitter account, then you can upload any files to Posterous from its website or via email. Besides Twitter, you can also share your files to Facebook, Delicious, LinkedIn and some other social networks.

Log in with the Twitter OAuth or your Twitter username and password, then you can upload document (up to 15MB), photos (up to 10MB), videos (up to 25MB) or other format files, you can also review the files before downloading.
