Conflict doesn’t have to create enemies-Mediation

1)Start identifying and solving problems.Skills are gained by doing, failing, learning, and trying again. At its core, entrepreneurship is merely about solving problems, and the only way to learn that skill is to do it, so start now. Pick problems you have personally and figure out a solution. Once you solve it for yourself, sell that solution to others. That’s a business. And just a side note: the world doesn’t need another photo app or beer website.
2) Conflict doesn’t have to create enemies. If you get involved and stand for something, you’ll find conflict, and that’s OK. You don’t need to create animosity, dislike the opposing person, or actively work to tear him down. Passion in the moment can cause tempers to flare and unkind things to be said. When it happens, apologize and appreciate the other person’s perspective. Remember that your classmates don’t magically disappear after graduation. In fact, you’ll probably bump into them for the rest of your life.
3) Open doors with alumni. All humans love to group up. It makes us feel safe and meaningful.
