How to Create a Hashtag on Facebook ?

A hashtag is a tool on social networking sites that allows people to find all recent information on that topic. It is in the form of a pound sign ("#") followed by the topic's name or a relevant keyword, without any spaces. A hashtag for Britney Spears, for example, would be "#britneyspears" or "#britney". Although the use of the hashtag became popular on Twitter, where users can click on a hashtag and see a live updating feed of tweets using the hashtag, you can use it on other websites as well, including Facebook. When writing a Facebook status update, you can post relevant hashtags

Click "Profile" at the top-right corner of the page to go to your profile.
