Reasons are more vital than conclusion

The reasons for arriving at that conclusion are of vital importance for the whole Society. Wrong reasons or an improper reason or incompletely described reasons for arriving at a conclusion cause more damage to the Cause of "Rule of law" than wrong conclusion because the reasons constitute a precedent which is of permanent service to the whole society.
