security to be taken for releasing property on supratnama

If in the opinion of the Court seized propertyis required for use at the time of enquiry or trial then such  property shall not be released, otherwise it may be released on furnishing adequate security; Free Legal Aid Committee v. State of Bihar, (1982) BLJ 241.
