Woman in live-in-relation Cannot claim benefit and maintenance under DV Act

Woman was living with man knowingly that he was already married and having kids. As per DV act Live-In-Relationship should be in the nature of marriage hence woman in live-in-relation Cannot claim benefit and maintenance under DV Act.
